PAYMENT: Full payment MUST be made in-store upon picking up your order. The payment amount will be calculated in-store and may vary slightly depending on the weight and quantity of your seafood and fish.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES: For customers who need to change or cancel their online order, your request MUST be submitted in writing via email. The email must include all relevant details of your order, such as the order number, customer name, and items that need to be changed or cancelled. No verbal or phone changes or cancellations will be accepted. Order changes made after the 10th of December will incur a $25 fee.
